Project Specifications

Development:

We worked with the client to transition their eCommerce store from Ecwid to Shopify, integrating several data pipelines that include tens of thousands of raw diamonds and diamond settings, which dynamically upload to the storefront at regular intervals showing customers the latest supply of products available for purchase.

We developed and designed a custom, three-step, ring builder flow starting from customer selecting a setting, adding a custom diamond, and completing check out. Additionally, we designed and developed reusable custom Shopify theme templates for product pages including variables necessary to showcase custom variants and attributes.

Lastly, we built a custom admin panel for the client to enable them to adjust pricing and margin percentages on products by various filters, removing the need for manual pricing adjustments.

Design & Marketing Strategy:

We completed a company re-branding: strategic brand positioning, logo design and website redesign for the purposes of increasing customer trust. The reduction in bounce rate since website transition is evidence of improved brand cohesion and user confidence.

Additionally, we redesigned sales flows to improve overall user experience, reducing friction in the transition path. The benefit of this is seen in customer journey and heat mapping, where XX % more customers are successfully completing transactions and average order value is up XX%.
